Baked pudding with orange and brandy sauce

  • 500ml Fat free milk.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2ml Lemon juice
  • 50g Sugar
  • 30g Cake flour
  • 10ml Baking powder
  • 1ml Salt
  • 3 Oranges, segmented
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
  2. Beat the milk, eggs and lemon juice for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture in an ovenproof dish of 1 liter.
  3. Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and butter to form stiff dough.
  4. Place ball of dough in the middle of the milk mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown. Sever with fresh orange segments and brandy sauce.
