  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • 20 ice-cubes
  • 2 sachets sugar substitute
  • Method

    Place peaches in the freezer until frozen.

    Add the peaches, the ginger juice, lemon juice, sugar substitute and ice-cubes to a jug.

    Blend till slushy.

    Serve immediately.
